Podcasts are audio or video media that can be listened to or watched on your computer or iPod. They can be downloaded at will or subscribed to as a series. The Cornell Program on Dairy Markets and Policy has been producing podcasts since 2007. We do not publish them on a "regular" schedule but rather when a topic presents itself as being timely.

Most often, we are producing audio podcasts with digital still images embeded as charts or graphics. These are published as ".m4a" files and can be played with most digital media player software. Apple has been instrumental in the development and deployment of podcasts. We publish this podcast series through their iTunes store and suggest that you play them through the free iTunes software. You can download iTunes software from the Apple web site by clicking here. We also suggest that you download this PDF file explaining the use of the iTunes software for playing the files.

You can download podcasts directly below by clicking on them or you can visit the iTunes store for downloads and you can subscribe to the podcast series there. The podcasts are free and we encourage you to use them as you see fit—for personal consumption or play them through a video projector for small groups.
